About Us

Southern Commercial Group is situated centrally in the heart of the Lonsdale Commercial precinct, approximately 25 kilometres from Adelaide CBD.

Being located in this area enables our representatives to easily access all areas of the southern suburbs, and be on call to come to clients at short notice.

Originally trading as Don Phillips Realty since 1995, having been created by Don Phillips himself, as of August 2008 we are now trading as Southern Commercial Group. Jenny Howkins, the director, has been director February 2005, following almost nine years with the company.

Jenny Howkins, the director of Southern Commercial Group, has been involved in Real Estate for almost 27 years, covering many aspects of the Industry.

Jenny provides clients with up to date information to enable them to invest in or lease Commercial/Industrial property with a minimum of fuss. Her ability to understand a client’s needs, be it buying, selling or leasing, enables all clients to feel confident they are receiving sound advice. Jenny is dedicated to providing an efficient, professional service to all clients and when she says she’ll call – she does!

Don Phillips

Don has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for 35 years, working in the Southern area and is currently the registered Manager. He has an intimate knowledge of the area and is always willing to discuss any aspects of Real Estate.
